Have you ever felt your throat tighten at the thought of initiating important, yet vulnerable, conversations you need to have with your significant other, family member, friend, or colleague at work? You're not alone. Emily Liu '84 will share the Internal Family Systems Self-leadership framework, which can help you become a confidently vulnerable and authentic leader, friend and romantic partner.

In this interactive workshop you will learn how to:

  • Overcome “approach anxiety”

  • Eliminate the root causes of fear of vulnerable conversations and emotional intimacy

  • Have self-led vulnerable conversations through practice with fellow attendees

Speaker:
Emily W. Liu (HumEc ’84) is the founder of Soar to Greatness Now LLC and the author of two books. Emily guides people toward deeper emotional intimacy with courageous and confident vulnerability using the evidence-based Internal Family Systems (IFS) self-leadership framework.
