Join Broadway singer-actor Julie Benko and her spouse, jazz pianist Jason Yeager, for an evening of classic and contemporary music from the Great American Songbook in celebration of their upcoming album Hand in Hand.
Julie is a writer, actor, and singer and is currently the standby for Fanny Brice in the historic revival of Funny Girl on Broadway. She has also performed with Broadway and touring productions of Fiddler on the Roof, Les Miserables, and Spring Awakening. Off-Broadway credits include Once, The Fantasticks, Bar Mitzvah Boy, Our Town, Rags, The Golem of Havana, and Spelling Bee. Julie holds an MFA in Acting from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Jason, a native of Framingham, is an Assistant Professor of Piano at Berklee College of Music. He has performed on five continents, at storied halls and festivals including Carnegie Hall, the Blue Note, the Panama Jazz Festival, and the Qintai Concert Hall.
