With a docent-led tour, immerse yourself in a world of engineering and social sophistication that no longer exists—the age of the transatlantic ocean voyage. "Ocean Liners: Glamour, Speed and Style," co-organized by the Victoria and Albert Museum, London, features more than 200 paintings, photographs, posters, models, etc. from the mid 19th through the mid 20th century. Afterward, visit other museum galleries.
Dating from 1799, the Peabody-Essex Museum is the oldest museum in the United States.
